TRACS Enterprise Release 2.4

 

We are pleased to announce the release of TRACS Enterprise version 2.4. Below is a list of the new features and enhancements since the release of 2.3. 

 

New Features

o   Single Shop Reports

·         Adds Wheel Spreadsheet Import capability

 



Enhancements

·         Work Order Sub-Estimates can now be renamed

o   Double-click the Sub-Estimate name text on the Tab and change it to describe the Sub-Estimate

o   Named Sub-Estimates are more easily recognizes in Quick Quote

·         Customer Account History

o   Adds an Accounts Receivable button to the Customer Edit Window to allow quick easy access to the customers AR

o   Adds a new setting to set the Customer Account History to be displayed sorted Newest to Oldest

·         Enhancements to allow 3rd party software providers to better integrate with TRACS

·         Work Order Job Ticket print outs

o   Adds the Key Tag field to Work Order Job Tickets

o   No longer shows Labor, Parts, and Sublet sections if they have no items, saving paper

·         Part Spreadsheet Import

o   Adds support for part Notes and Alternate Part Number fields

·         Functional and performance enhancements
